**This is a 4-hour advanced mediation course that requires 40 hours of Basic Mediation training**

•Humans are rebellious by nature….

•Unvented, invalidated emotions build up until the pressure causes them to explode.

•Letting emotions out--hearing, accepting, understanding, & validating them; relieves the pressure and eliminates the chance of explosion at unexpected, or uncontrolled times.

•What is put in the bank is all that can come out of the bank.
