The following are requirements for taking this class 1) The annual online Handle with Care Class on Health Stream must be completed prior to attending. 2) Online class completion certificate must be provided to the instructor on day of class. Failure to complete online course prior and provide certificate on day of class will result in the instructor dismissing the participant requiring them to reschedule. 3) Date of class wear comfortable clothes and shoes that you would be able to work out in. No flipflops, sandals, Crocks, heals, open toed shoes, dresses, skirts, overly loose clothing, etc.
