About this event
In this class, we go over everything you need to know about the router, router safety, router tables, and how to use them for different projects. You will learn about fixed bases, plunge bases, router tables, router lifts, the direction of the blade, how to change blades, different bits, and their uses. Combining all of this, we will then go over how to set everything up so you get the results you are looking for in your project. By the end of this class, you will feel prepared to take on a router project and have a certain sense of direction toward which tools you need to get for your shop. No product is made in this class as it is informational. Some involvement will take place where the student will get hands-on experience with the tool.
