Handcraft Co-working

Join us for a fun and creative co-working event at 9727 Seaview Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11236. Get ready to unleash your creativity and connect with like-minded individuals in a relaxed and inspiring environment.

At Handcraft Co-working, you'll have the opportunity to work on your projects, share ideas, and collaborate with others who share your passion for handcrafted creations. Whether crochet, knitting, calligraphy or another form of crafting, this event is for you!

This event is held every Thursday at 5:15pm and recurres every week. This in-person gathering promises to be a fantastic opportunity to network, learn new techniques, and gain valuable insights from experienced artisans. This activity all started Thu 06 2023 and continues through 2025.

Don't miss out on this chance to immerse yourself in a vibrant community of handcraft enthusiasts. Come and be a part of Handcraft Co-working - where creativity knows no bounds!

Parking is available in front of the library and on the side at 98th Street. Bus 17 runs past library on Seaview Ave. and the stop is directly across the street. Bus 42 is a shuttle bus out of the last stop of the L-train in Canarsie where the bus runs along Rockaway Parkway. The stop for the library is at Seaview Ave. at a gas station.

The Organizer has many years of experience in creative arts and artisan crafts including fiber arts with diamond crystals, embroidery, graphic arts applications, crotchet, Knit and jewelry making. She has made wearables such as sweaters, jackets, skirts, hats and scarves by crochet, knitting, and made jewelry using various materials including fabric. As  a creative artisan, other handwork mediums are in the skills set of this organizer.

"I love working together with like-minded people who love these crafts as I do. Networking with fiber in creating fabulous works of art for self and business is rewarding and freeing. It is therapeutic and good for the mind, the soul and the spirit".
