Hand Drawn exposures - Screen Print on paper - session 1 of 2

Please not you must book both sessions 1 and 2, they are setup as different tickets to avoid confusion.

Join me to learn the screenprinting process from start to finish. Beginner friendly and an exciting oppurtunityfor those new to screen printing to learn a new creative making method and those who have already printined the space and expertise to create a custom print work.

These classes will guide you through creating and image, learn about screen coating and exposure and screenprinting your own image exposed onto a screen.

This course is 2 day set of classes spread over 2 weekends.

The first class will involve the creation of your images using hand drawn methods to create your screen print postives, it will cover the basics of screen creation, what is involved in exposing an image onto a screen and general basic theories around printing.

When you return for your second class your image will have been exposed onto a screen, and we will cover the physical printing process, using a squegee, selecting and mixing ink colours, alignment and registration. You will end the day with your hand made prints, an understanding of screenprinting from image creation to print.
