The Navy League of the United States, Hampton Roads is proud to host the annual Ombudsman Recognition Dinner—a special evening dedicated to celebrating the unwavering dedication and volunteerism of command ombudsmen.

As trusted liaisons between command leadership and military families, ombudsmen play a vital role in keeping lines of communication open, offering support, and strengthening the fabric of our Navy community—especially during times of deployment. These volunteers are a steady source of guidance, comfort, and connection for countless families navigating the challenges of military life.

On this night, we come together to express our deepest appreciation for their service, compassion, and steadfast commitment. Join us as we recognize these extraordinary individuals who stand strong for those who serve.

Help ensure no military family goes hungry. Please bring a non-perishable food item/s to the Ombudsman Recognition Dinner in support of the Patriots Pantry, which provides emergency food and essentials to those in need.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are buying tickets for a group of people, please list each individual’s name. Do not list the same name multiple times. The more information you give us, the easier seat assignment and check-in will be. It is imperative to list the command you represent as we will do our best to seat you together. Each table seats 10 people.
