Introducing a unique, one of a kind experience at Hammock Harmonies: A Sound Bath Journey. Immerse yourself in a transformative journey featuring community connection and soul-soothing sound healing as you relax in the silk hammocks.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to set up. We will conduct the sound bath journey for 60 minutes (6:30-7:30pm) and then we will have light refreshments and networking for 30 minutes (7:30-8:00pm). You will leave this event feeling rejuvenated and supported by a group of empowering ladies!
