What do I need to do so I can get in?

Complete the waiver and registration forms at the bottom of the "About this event" and bring your QR code for check in.

What are the staff/volunteer to participant ratios?

There the current ratio is 5:1, met by a combination of paid staff and our wonderful volunteers.

Question 3

What if I'm new?

A member of a participant's circle of trust (e.g., a parent) is asked to stay approximately one (1) hour for the first event to ensure that it is appropriate for the participant and that the participant can be sufficiently supported at the event.

What if the participant normally has 1:1 support?

If a participant typically needs 1:1 support in a school or other setting, it is crucial to let Beacons know, as 1:1 support will likely be needed for Club activities. The individual providing the 1:1 support to the participant can attend with an added fee of $10.

Question 5

Do people have to dress per the theme?

We encourage them to, but it is not required! The goal is for people to have fun and be comfortable. So, if someone doesn't want to wear a costume feel free to come as you are.

I see that food is served. What if someone has an allergy?

It is VERY important to complete the registration form to alert Beacons of any allergies. All registrations are reviewed by a member of our Club team for allergies or other medical items, but please contact Club@BeaconsNorthCounty.com if you wish to learn about food and drink items being served.

Who volunteers to work Club Beacons events?
