How this Austin Texas Bar Crawl works

Meet your party hosts at the first venue listed on the lineup, to check-in and enjoy and kick your night off with fellow party goers. Your pub crawl tour guide will lead the group to all of the epic venues on the lineup, ending at one of the top rooftops or best bars on Rainey Street, Austin.

The Epic Group: Full refunds will be given up until 30 days prior to the event starting. After that, you may receive a credit in the amount you paid if you contact us 5 days prior to the event. Once within 5 days of the event, all sales are final. While costumes are very much encouraged and allowed, please note some rules still apply. Any weapons, large bags, and/or offensive costumes are some examples of what’s not allowed.

Do you need to be 21+ years old?

Yes you do. All venues we visit will requires guests to have a valid ID showing they are at least 21 years old. Many venues are extremely strict and will turn down guests who are 50+ years old without. So be sure to bring it!!! Photo copies of IDs and expired IDs are not accepted.

Where does this Halloween Bar Crawl go?

Our Halloween Austin bar crawl visits some of the best bars in Austin! We offer 2 crawls, one on Rainey Street and the other on 6th Street. Some frequently visit venues include: Tiki 311, Wild Gregs ,Pour Choices, Summit, Icenhauers, and Idle Hands.

How will I find my host?

Your host will be waiting for you at the check-in location posted on our website! They will be in a blue “Epic Group” shirt, and have a blue lanyard around their neck with a badge on it. If you have any trouble finding them, you can call them at 1-866-THE-EPIC
