    The FINAL 4 HALF (HY) ROX will focus on the final 4 stations of a HYROX race including:

    1000m Row Erg

    1km run (outdoors)

    200m Farmer Carry

    1km run (outdoors)

    100m Walking Sandbag Lunges

    1km run (outdoors)

    100 Wall Balls

    You do not need to be registered for a HYROX race to attend this event.

    All fitness levels welcome.

    Solo & Double heats available. Heats will be announced 3 days prior to the event. Heats will start every 15 minutes.
