The exact half of a HYROX race when it comes to distances and reps. Example "500 M Row instead of 1000M" or "50 Wall Balls instead of 100" and "500M runs instead of 1000M"

What equipment will I be using?

The equipment is the same as what you'll be using at a HYROX event. Skierg, Rowerg, Sandbags, Wall Balls and Dumbbells or Kettlebells. You will also be doing some bodyweight movements such as jumping, lunges, body squats, and running.

How hard is this workout?

This workout is meant to challenge your muscle endurance but it's good for any fitness level.

What do I need to bring?

Water bottle, hand towel and willingness to push your limits. We do have air conditioning but you will sweat regardless.

Our HALF ROX is everything you'll have to overcome at a full HYROX event except half the distances and reps, making it easier for beginners to get used to the challenge. You'll be using sleds, rower, skierg, sandbags, dumbbells, and wall balls just like you'll have at the HYROX event and with the rules an weights required for your age and gender. We'll also host a full HYROX simulation once a month.
