Spend a few hours with us exploring the power of being you. We'll share some thoughts and lead you through a series of gentle exercises designed to open your heart and bring you into connection with others.

The Connection Experience: A Guided Event in Vulnerability & Authenticity is an experience of community, belonging, and connection that people tell us is unlike most anything else out there. We look forward to spending time with you.
