Cela est faisable avec une approche interdisciplinaire. Les épidémiologistes, scientifiques, hacktivistes, éthicien·ne·s, élu·e·s, fonctionnaires, citoyen·ne·s ont toutes et tous un rôle à jouer.Bien que la collecte de données peut se voir essentielle pour comprendre le problème actuel et trouver des solutions dans un cadre technique, légal et éthique conséquent, nous avons la contrainte de préparer et d’obtenir un consentement éclairé des personnes, ce qui nous semble cruciale pour équilibrer l’urgence en santé publique et sauvegarder des droits et libertés fondamentales, à court, moyen et long terme. Nous avons aussi le défis d’inclusion sociale pour créer un modèle qui soit adapté à différents contextes, styles de vie, et accès aux ressources basiques et technologiques où il devra être évalué ce qui peut être réellement collecté et partagé en prenant en compte le profil de personnes qui ne désirent pas ou ne peuvent pas partager des données. Cet événement se veut un espace de discussion, débat, partage, développement. This is feasible with an interdisciplinary approach. Epidemiologists, scientists, hacktivists, ethicists, elected officials, civil servants and citizens all have a role to play.Although data collection may be seen as essential to understand the current problem and find solutions within a consistent technical, legal and ethical framework, we are compelled to prepare and obtain informed consent from individuals, which we believe is crucial to balancing the public health emergency and safeguarding fundamental rights and freedoms, in the short, medium and long term. We also have the challenge of social inclusion to create a model that is adapted to different contexts, lifestyles, and access to basic and technological resources where it will have to be evaluated what can actually be collected and shared, taking into account the profile of people who do not wish or cannot share data.This event is intended to be a space for discussion, debate, sharing and development. You are free to propose ideas, provide constructive criticism and work both autonomously and in coordination.
