Do I need to stay for the entire event?

Accepted Answer

No! We ask that people come for the start of the event in order to hear the presentation, and stay until they've reached a good stopping point (either finishing their archiver or documenting how far they've gotten so someone else can finish the task!).

Question 2

I'm not sure if I have the technical skills to write an archiver. How else can I contribute?

I want to help but I can't be there for the event!
