What should I build?

We're partnering with United Way of Greater Knoxville to build innovative solutions for Knoxville area nonprofits. Leaders from the nonprofits will provide high-level specs of the challenges they want to solve, and they'll be there at the hackathon to work with you!

How do I join a team?

We'll make it easy! You can tell us about your team during registration, and we'll also be creating teams in advance of the hackathon. You'll show up knowing your teammates and your challenge.

What workspaces are available?

We have several dozen standing desks with 32" monitors as well as conference tables, couches, and phone booths.

Where should I park?

Park in the lot next to Covenant Health Stadium under James White Parkway. Choose all day parking for $3 and we will reimburse you.

Question 5

Is food provided?

Yes! We'll provide coffee and bagels at the morning kickoff, and we'll provide a catered lunch and dinner. And there will be snacks and drinks available throughout the day.

What Internet should I use?

We have a KUB Fiber and we'll provide WiFi for everybody.

Bring your laptop and optionally a headset.

Are there prizes?

Yes! We'll have a bunch of prizes including a Meta Quest 3 VR Headset, DJI Flip Drone, and more coming soon.
