Gxela's Luau Bday Bash & Summer Party is hosted by Greystar Management. Therefore, it is required that all guests abide by complex policy. Failure to comply will result in removal from the event.
For attendees 21+ it is highly encouraged that guests drink responsibly and appropriately plan for transport from the event. Event hosts and Greystar Management are not responsible for guest transportation.
EVENT RULES:
- No smoking inside of the clubhouse. Designated smoking areas only! (Vapes included)
- Complex amenities are off limits. No drinks or food allowed within the pool zone.
- No weapons allowed.
- No underage drinking allowed.
- DO NOT remove items or materials from clubhouse or appliances.
- Respect all furnishing and equipment.
- No song requests.

Yes, All tickets are free of charge. It is required that tickets are registered for entry, Entry without a ticket is prohibited.
Yes, Guests may bring their own alcohol but must be 21+ years of age. Any person found serving alcohol to underage attendees will be removed from the event.
It is encouraged guests wear 'Luau' theme based garments to the event but are not required.
No, children are prohibited from attending the event.
Due to capacity limits and resources, we must comply with complex policy and ensure all guests are safe during the event.

Yes, parking is free. It is the guests responsibility to ensure he/she abides by posted parking signage and monitors their personal vehicle. Event hosts and Greystar Managament is not responsible guests vehicles and towing.

Unfortunately no, due to complex policy and alcohol within the event, guests are prohibited from entering the pool & pool area. Failure to comply will result in removal from the event.
