Mae’r sesiwn ddifyr ac ymarferol hon yn rhan o raglen She Connects, a ddarperir gan Barod – menter gefnogaeth i ferched yn Sir Ddinbych sydd ar daith tuag at gyflogaeth, addysg, gwirfoddoli neu hyfforddiant.

  • 🧘 Sut gall tacluso gael effaith gadarnhaol ar eich lles a lleihau straen
  • 💸 Awgrymiadau ar gyfer ennill a chynilo arian trwy werthu eitemau nad oes eu hangen arnoch mwyach
  • 🤝 Gwerth dysgu mewn amgylchedd grŵp cefnogol – cysylltu, rhannu a thyfu gyda’ch gilydd

This engaging and practical session is part of the She Connects programme, delivered by Barod — a support initiative for women in Denbighshire who are on a pathway toward employment, education, volunteering, or training.


Whether you're looking to earn a little extra money in the run-up to Christmas, build your confidence, or simply clear out some space at home, this beginner-friendly workshop will help you get started with online selling.


What you’ll learn:

  • 🛍️ How to sell items on platforms like Vinted, Depop, eBay, and Facebook Marketplace
  • ♻️ The environmental benefits of re-selling and how it promotes sustainable shopping habits
  • 💻 Basic digital skills to help you navigate online selling confidently
  • 🧘 How decluttering can positively impact your wellbeing and reduce stress
  • 💸 Tips for earning and saving money by selling items you no longer need
  • 🤝 The value of learning in a supportive group environment — connect, share, and grow together


What to bring:

  • A couple of items you'd like to sell for practice
  • A smartphone (if you have one) to practice with during the session


Who is it for?

This free session is open to women aged 16+ living in Denbighshire who are currently unemployed, volunteering, or taking steps toward employment or training.
