Speaker Bio:

For over 20 years Mr. Nuñez has worked in the financial services industry with Top 10 Domestic and International Banks. During this time, Mr. Nuñez has built, developed and expanded corporate and middle market banking offices throughout Florida and Georgia.

As the Market Development Director for LLN Funding LLC, DBA: Exact Rate Mortgage, Mr. Nuñez is responsible for growing the Florida market for both Residential and Commercial Lending product offerings, talent Development and establishing lending relationships with investors, banks and private lenders. LLN’s Funding goal is to provide options for clients seeking financing to purchase real estate (residential or commercial).

Prior to joining LLN Funding, he served as Senior Vice President, Corporate and Institutional Banking Relationship Manager for BBVA in South Florida. His areas of expertise include all aspects of residential and commercial real estate financing.

Mr. Nuñez is an active member of his community and has previously served on several community service organizations boards. Most recently, he served as Treasurer of the operations board for Families First of Palm Beach County.

He has also served as Chair of the Board of Directors for The Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Palm Beach County and is a past class president of Leadership Glades. Mr. Nuñez received his Executive Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Miami and his Undergraduate degree from Florida International University also in Business Administration with a Major in Finance. He is married and has two children.
