Oscoda Citizens for Clean Water, the non-profit supporting the community action group Need Our Water (NOW) is hosting a free two-day Pirates and Mermaids Festival. Come dressed in your favorite Mersona and join us for a fun-filled day of activities, live tank performances, music, vendors, and of course, the main event - the official headcount for the record attempt!

All AGES ARE WELCOME BUT MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT WITH A SIGNED WAIVER AT THE DOOR.
Guidelines from GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS:
All participants must wear a fish tail skirt costume of at least ankle length. Participants can be shirtless (men), wear a swimming shirt (bikinis, swim costume tops, water rash vests) or a clam shell bra. T-shirts and the like are not acceptable.
We will remain in a giant enclosure for 5 minutes once all participants have entered. Check in at the registration booth to check your costume in advance. Gates open at 12:30.
