Each week, this guided meditation class will help you gently learn how to meditate while experiencing the many ways it can bring balance to your body, clarity to your mind, and peace to your soul. You’ll also have the chance to connect with like-minded individuals who are walking their own healing path.


Settle into a quiet space at home, wrap yourself in your coziest blanket, maybe pour a cup of tea, and gift yourself this time to pause, breathe, reflect, and reconnect.
