Ancient Vedic Guided Meditation
Join us for a grounding guided meditation session rooted in the ancient meditation techniques saints of India used to gain self realization. Find clarity and cultivate mental stability. This specific session has a focus on Dharma -- finding fullfillment and purpose.
This is also wonderful opportunity to connect with your inner peace and meet like-minded, growth-oriented individuals in a serene natural setting.

- 9:50 - 10:00 AM: Arrive Early and get settled
- 10:00 - 10:20 AM: Intro to Yogic Philosophy - Introduction to the foundational principles of yogic meditation, setting the stage for deeper practice.
- 10:20 - 10:30 AM: Body Awareness and Stress Relief Meditation - Cultivate compassion and well-being with a guided Loving Kindness (Metta) meditation, expanding heartfelt wishes to yourself and others.
- 10:30 - 10:50 AM: Kriya Yoga Meditation - Experience the transformative power of Kriya Yoga through a guided practice designed to deepen your awareness and energy.
- 10:50 - 11:00 AM: Q/A + Closing

What to Bring:

About the Instructor
Anshita Jain is a Reiki Raja Yoga Master, meditation teacher, and spiritual guide with over 15 years of dedicated meditation practice. Anshita has led over 200 hours of guided meditations, blending yogic philosophy with practical mindfulness techniques. She integrates pranayama, chakra awareness, and Kriya Yoga practices to help participants achieve inner stillness and energetic balance.
She is also the host of the Wakeful Being Podcast, where she explores topics on spiritual evolution, mental well-being, and self-realization. Her teachings reach a global audience through her podcast, YouTube meditations, blogs, and online sessions.
Outside of her spiritual work, Anshita serves as a Mindfulness Ambassador at Amazon, leading meditation sessions for employees and fostering a culture of well-being in the workplace.
