Join sound healers and life guides, Heart of Ananda for a multi-sensory and multi-modality experience centered around the topic of releasing something in your life that may be holding you back. To truly evolve into a strong leader, innovative thinker, and successful businesswoman, it is essential you release any blockages that do not allow you to flourish into your highest self. Heart of Ananda will be guiding you through a releasing activity, guided meditation, breathwork and connecting with our bodies to prepare us for a therapeutic and liberating sound journey meant to seal your intention. As you prepare for this event, begin meditating on what trauma, self-doubt, experiences, or limiting beliefs you may be holding on to that is sabotaging your evolution. Come with an open heart, open mind, and plan to leave a little lighter.

💖 Dress in comfortable clothing, layers and bring a yoga mat, blanket, eye mask, a small pillow, or anything you need to be comfortable. ⁣

💖 You may also bring an item that you would like to put on our altar or have near you to charge up with our collective frequency, e.g. crystals, pictures, sentimental items

All attendees must register in advance. This event starts promptly at 4:30pm, and please plan to arrive 15 minutes early. Thank you.
