This session combines Neuro-Dynamic Breathing (a 3-phase cycle breathing method) with Fully Immersive Sound Therapy. The breathwork helps release emotional and physical tension, while the sound bath promotes deep relaxation and healing.

Who can attend this session?

This session is open to anyone aged 16 and above. However, it is not recommended for:

Pregnant individuals.

Those with a history of cardiovascular disease, severe mental illness, seizure disorders, or recent injuries/surgeries. (Please consult your doctor if unsure.)

What should I wear and bring?

Wear comfortable clothes (gym gear is ideal) to allow for gentle movement. Avoid heavy meals before the session—opt for a light meal 2 hours prior.

Can I wear a mask during the session?

We do not recommend wearing a mask during breathwork, as it may restrict breathing. If you’re uncomfortable attending without a mask, we suggest joining a future session

What is the duration of the session?

The session runs from 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM. Doors open 30 minutes before and close 10 minutes after the scheduled start time. Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in.

To ensure a high-quality experience, we limit the session to 8 attendees maximum—book in advance to secure your spot.

Where is the session held?

The session takes place at our studio in Palos Verdes Peninsula. Parking is included and available inside the property.

Registration is via Eventbrite only (no walk-ins). Use the link on our webpage to book your spot. IF YOU CAN NOT REGISTER via eventbrite, PLEASE TEXT 949 287-3445 with your name and issue.

The session fee is $60 per person. Eventbrite fees are non-refundable.

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

To receive a full refund, cancel your registration at least 5 days before the event. Cancellations after this period are non-refundable. No-shows and late arrivals (after doors close) will not be refunded.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, you may transfer your registration to another person if you can no longer attend. However, tickets cannot be applied to a different event.

What if I have COVID-19 symptomsm  or feeling sick?

If you test positive for COVID-19 or have symptoms, please notify us immediately via text at 949 287-3445. Our refund policy applies to COVID-19-related cancellations as well.
