Guidance through Awareness Session

This event is going to illustrate how and why moment to moment living is an essential component to experiencing the breadth of life everyday. We will join together the pieces that may appear obvious with lesser acknowledged pieces that contribute to actualizing the life experiences we desire. During the four hour workshop we will come together to discuss and sample exercises to support actualizing our desires through healthy practices. We will separate to receive customized guided instruction for specific areas we decide for ourselves is needed. Tools will be given to support work done during the session for continued growth after we leave each other.
