Do I need to bring anything?

A water bottle to keep your voice hydrated is definitely recommended. You will be singing!

What is the audition process like?

Prospective members can attend as many rehearsals as they like until they feel ready to audition. When ready, you will sing a short song called "How We Sang Today" (music and learning tracks provided) with a few other members of the chorus. Thats it! Eazy Peezy!

Can I sing right away?

Absolutely yes! We will provide you with a folder of music we are currently working on . You will stand next to someone who will be singing the same part as you. Follow along the best you can and have fun!

Every night is guest night at Shoreline Sound! Come and discover the joy of 4-part acapella with the Shoreline Sound Chorus. You don't need to know how to read sheet music. We have learning tracks available to help you learn the music. If you can carry a tune, we have a voice part for you! W e are a member of Sweet Adelines International.

Rehearsals take place on Tuesdays at Royal Oak Church of Christ, 115 S. Campbell, Royal Oak, MI 48067. Rehearsal starts at 7:00PM and typically goes until 9:30PM.
