GU Dance Company Fall 2025 Works in Progress Showing

A prelude to their spring performance “Eclipse”, GUDC presents an informal showing of 8 student choreographed works in progress in styles including contemporary ballet, modern/contemporary, and jazz. The showing will also include an excerpt of the Faculty Artistic Director's work as well as works created on GUDC students by professional guest choreographers, Christian Denice and Christopher Saunders.

Audience information:

Please purchase tickets in advance using the Eventbrite link. All ticket purchases are cashless and must be completed online via Eventbrite. Doors for this event will open approximately 15 minutes before the show. Please arrive to claim your tickets/seats no later than 6:55pm. Purchase of a ticket does not guarantee your entry if you are late! In the event the showing is sold out, you are welcome to join the Eventbrite virtual waitlist to be notified should a ticket become available for purchase.

Didn't get a ticket but really want to attend the show? Get on the standby list by first joining our Eventbrite virtual waitlist (required for the cashless purchase) and then putting your name down on the in-person standby list at the box office which will open one hour before the show. At 6:55 p.m., we will release any unclaimed tickets for purchase to patrons on the standby list in the order they signed up at the box office. Please note that being on the standby list does not guarantee you a ticket, as availability is based on the number of available seats.

Street parking is available or patrons may park (for a fee) in the Leavey Center (entrance on Reservoir Road) or Southwest Quad parking facilities (enter via Canal Road).
