Grow with Us- Lunch & Learn: Summer Flowering Bulbs (Virtual)
Overview
N.C. Cooperative Extension - Guilford County Center and our N.C. State Extension Master Gardener program invite you to join us for:
Lunch & Learn: Spring Flowering Bulbs (Virtual)
Tuesday, March 17, 2026
12:00pm
Bulbs aren’t just for beautiful spring bloom - summer flowering bulbs (and rhizomes, and tubers) include some of our favorites like lilies, irises, and dahlias. We plant them in spring to be rewarded with blossoms through summer and into fall! Many bloom yearly and may even multiply, while others are easy-care annuals.
This is an ONLINE SEMINAR via ZOOM, presented by our Extension Master Gardener℠ volunteers; there is no in-person programming for our "Lunch & Learn" sessions. Please note that this session will not be recorded.
The talk is free - but capacity is limited. Please register to reserve the Zoom link. The Zoom link will be provided to you upon registration in a confirmation email and will also be accessible through your Eventbrite account. If you are unable to access the Zoom link, contact Holly Key (hmkey@ncsu.edu) as soon as possible for the best chance of her being able to assist you.
A program handout providing links to abundant resources and in-depth information will be made available to registrants via the email address provided in a reminder email 24 hours before the program. The handout will also be accessible after the session on our website.
If you encounter problems registering or if you have questions, please contact Holly Key (hmkey@ncsu.edu). Thank you for your interest in our "Grow with Us" programming!
