Grow & Flow Yoga at Eden East Farm from @guidedbyjessvalentine

Join Jessica Valentine, 500-hour RYT and teacher of 10+ years for an intentional, outdoor experience of yoga at Eden East Farm. Practice is 30 minutes, in this Texas heat, it may be sweaty so bring your mat, water, and hand towel (optional).

This is free for the community or donation-based if you feel called to contribute.

Jessica Valentine is a speaker, coach, and instructor. She is a member of the Eden East Farm community garden and believes that our yoga practice and gardening experience can act as a mirror for mindful moments for us to grow.
