What is Breathwork?Breathwork is a form of active meditation that uses your breath to connect you back to your body, shift emotion, and create space within.
The style I guide is Conscious Connected Breathwork which is based on ancient practices like Pranayama. It’s a continuous breathing pattern that gently helps you move out of your head and into your body where so much of our emotion and stress is actually stored. Through the breath, we create space to feel, to release, and to come back to our bodies.
What to Expect:
You’ll be guided through a full breathwork journey starting with grounding and intention, moving into the breath, and finishing with deep rest and integration.
No experience needed. Just come as you are♥
This practice can be incredibly supportive for:
- Letting go of tension or stuck emotion
- Feeling more connected to yourself
- Supporting anxiety, stress, or burnout
- Creating space for clarity, calm, and self-trust
Every session is different. Whatever comes up, you’ll be held through it.

This breathwork style is safe for most people, but it’s not suitable if you have:
- Heart issues or high/low blood pressure
- Epilepsy or a History of Seizures
- Aneurysm (Brain or Abdominal)
- Uncontrolled Diabetes or Thyroid Conditions
- Recent Surgery (3-6 months)
- History of Bipolar Disorder, Schizophreniea or Phychosis
- Pregnant
- Are on heavy medications or in an active mental health crisis without support
- Detached Retina or Glaucoma
