About this event

(7/27 at Douglas park) Creating a circle where all experiences are welcome: the triumphant joy of birth and the tender grief of pregnancy loss. We hold space for both, embracing the sacred presence of every baby, born into our arms or our hearts.

We will start the evening with birth debriefings and the second half of the evening will focus on loss. Whether that’s physical or emotional/ mental.

Yoga mats and floor pillows provided.

Please bring your own notebook and pen.
