Grounding & Sculpting in Community
By Expanded Mental Health Services of Chicago, NFP
Overview
An art workshop in partnership with LoSAH Center for Hope and Avondale Neighborhood Association’s Arts & Culture Committee
Join us for a calming and mindful art activity designed to bring you moments of peace and balance. Together, we’ll create clay “grounding stones”—small, personal reminders to pause, breathe, and reconnect with the present moment. This activity offers a gentle way to nurture calm, reduce stress, and support emotional well-being through tactile sensory awareness. Registration is free.
