About this event
Join Zubin in a refuge of guided meditation, shared silence, and a short talk. These meetings are an invitation to slow down and reconnect with the peace and strength available when we ground ourselves into present moment experience with kindness and curiosity. We will create a learning environment that is trauma-sensitive, playful, and a shelter from the speedy and disconnected tendencies of modern life. * Note to introverts and zoom-fatigued humans: participants will have video turned off during this meeting unless you're invited to share / ask a question and choose to turn video on. In other words, you're welcome to be with us and simply listen and participate in your own privacy and comfort zone. No previous experience necessary.
