Let's go mindfully into nature to connect with our senses and the world around us in the spirit of Japanese Forest Bathing.

Late autumn and early winter are home to many religous and cultural holidays. Taking time to become grounded in your own health and well being is can be a helpful tool to prepare for the increase in activity and commitments.

Science shows that mindful time in nature boosts immunity, creativity, and relaxation. It can lower blood pressure, cortisol levels, and your heart rate.

Together we go mindfully and slowly into nature to bath in all of our senses. We connect with ourselves and the world around us. At the end of our experience, we enjoy a tea circle to express our gratitude.

Each experience is about 2 hours. For persons 15 years and older. Rain or shine. All fitness levels welcome. Must be comfortable on a nature trail in the woods. I love animals but pets stay home.After registration and payment, I will send you a welcome email with more details. $39 per person.
