Grounded & Guided Presents: Rage to Release
Overview
It’s time to feel, to release, and to remember your power.
Join Grounded & Guided founders Nne-Nna Carr and Nicole Thomas-Hawkins for a transformative afternoon designed to help you release emotional tension, reconnect with your body, and rise lighter and freer.
This free in-person event blends community, connection, and cathartic release, an embodied reminder that healing doesn’t always look calm…it looks real.
✨ Who It’s For:
This gathering is open to everyone; women, men, and anyone seeking emotional release and reconnection. We’re also intentionally holding space for furloughed federal employees and families navigating uncertainty or stress during this time.
✨ What to Expect:
- Grounding + Connection Circle: Gentle check-ins and light movement to root your energy.
- Venting Session: A safe space to express what’s been held in — frustration, anger, grief, or exhaustion — witnessed without judgment.
- Somatic Release Experience: Breathwork, scream therapy, humming, and punching bags to transmute dense emotion into empowerment.
- Integration + Reflection: Calming practices, journaling prompts, and intentional closing to anchor peace and renewal.
✨ Why Attend:
Because rage, when expressed consciously, becomes release.
Because peace is found on the other side of permission.
Because your body deserves to exhale.
