Join me for a Biofield Tuning Experience, where every other week, we will systematically work through the Biofield Anatomy, tuning different regions of the energetic body in a progressive series.

This series will begin at the feet and work upward, addressing stagnant energy, emotional imprints, and energetic blockages that may be affecting your well-being.

While it is recommended that you attend all of the series it is not required.


What to Expect in This Series:

Session 1 Thursday April 24th – The Feet & Grounding : Clear energetic congestion related to stability, safety, and connection to the Earth. Release fear and restore a sense of foundation.
Session 2 Thursday May 8th – The Knees & Flow : Address resistance, flexibility, and movement—both physically and energetically.
Session 3 Thursday May 22nd– The Hips & Creativity : Tune the sacral energy center, enhancing creativity, emotional balance, and sensuality.
Session 4 Thursday June 12th – The Solar Plexus & Empowerment : Reclaim confidence, motivation, and personal power by releasing stored tension.
Session 5 Thursday June 26th – The Heart & Connection : Open and balance the heart field, allowing for deeper self-love and harmony in relationships.
Session 6 Thursday July 10th– The Throat & Expression : Clear energetic stagnation in the throat, fostering authentic communication and truth.
Session 7 Thursday July 24th– The Head & Higher Awareness : Harmonize the upper chakras, enhancing intuition, clarity, and connection to higher consciousness.

The Energy Alignment Studio provides an intimate studio space located in northwest Union County. The town of Lake Park, North Carolina is nestled in Indian Trail and is approximately 15 miles from downtown Charlotte and just 8 minutes or 6.8 miles from I-485 and Hwy 74. It's a charming community featuring a landmark chiming clocktower and five beautiful green space parks, one of them located directly across the street from the studio. There are 13 ponds in the walkable community and two restaurants within one block of the studio space. Ideal for small circles, classes, and events. The Studio aims to foster a sense of connection and community while promoting the healing and empowerment of both body, mind, and soul. We are dedicated to nurturing a spiritually conscious connection within our community.
