As your breath begins to flow more freely and your body unwinds, the soundscape gradually widens. Once the breathwork portion concludes, you’ll be guided into full stillness and invited to settle into an immersive sound bath. Here, soothing tones and resonant frequencies from a variety of transformative instruments envelop and surround you, supporting release, alignment, and inner calm.
