Reconnect & Recharge: A Coastal Creative Retreat

Step away from the everyday and immerse yourself in a day of calm, creativity, and connection. Reconnect & Recharge is a one-day retreat set on the stunning Cornwall or Scottish coast, blending breathwork, mindful meditation, creative exploration, and Yoga Nidra.

This restorative experience is designed to help you slow down, release stress, spark creativity, and leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and inspired no prior experience needed.

What the Day Will Look Like

We’ll begin with grounding breathwork and mindful meditation before heading outdoors for a gentle walk, where we’ll gather natural textures and botanicals that catch our eye. After sharing lunch together, we’ll return to the studio space to explore botanical casting, using clay and plaster to transform our collected pieces into tactile, creative artworks. The day will close with gentle reflection and a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra, leaving you with a renewed sense of clarity, calm, and connection.

Your Guides for the Day

Carla Scott Fullerton – Acclaimed visual artist, qualified coach, and creative facilitator, specialising in mindful, nature-inspired art-making that unlocks presence, curiosity, and creativity.

Helen Kelynack – Breathwork practitioner, coach, and creator of the CALM CLEAR CONNECT™ method, guiding participants to reduce stress, restore balance, and reconnect with themselves.

Together, they’ll lead a day of breathwork, meditation, creative exploration, and deep rest, offering tools and experiences you can take into everyday life.

What to Bring

  • Comfortable clothes and shoes suitable for walking outdoors
  • A water bottle
  • A notebook and pen
  • Any botanicals you’d like to bring along (from your garden or collected on your walks) we’ll also bring some and gather more together
  • A raincoat, just in case the weather turns
