Immerse yourself in a multi-sensory experience featuring frequency healing, mindfulness, somatic practives and energy balancing. Enjoy a guided meditation, a soothing sound bath, reiki, a revitalizing bio-field tuning & somatic awareness practices.

A yoga mat and pillow will be provided.
