Join me for a day designed to help you slow down, breathe deep and reconnect to your body, breath and own quiet truth.

Through yoga, journaling, breathwork and creative rituals, together we will gently explore what's holding us back - and soften into what's next. Think movement, connection, and space to let go.

The day is designed to connect with others, and support you in gently releasing what no longer helps you feels aligned. Whether you're brand new to yoga or a lifelong practitioner, you're very welcome here. Come solo or come with a friend - come exactly as you are.
