Do these techniques involve hypnosnois or hypnotherapy?

Accepted Answer

No. In this session I’ll teach an exercise that helps “reset” and tone your nervous system so it’s able to respond most appropriately and effectively. As we go, I’ll explain how that works. Then I’ll lead a guided meditation designed for progressive relaxation and an overall sense of well-being.

Do I have to take notes?

Accepted Answer

After the event each participant will receive an email with the basic steps of the exercise. No need to take notes during the event, just follow along and enjoy the experience.

Question 3

Are we seated or laying down? Do I need anything like a pillow or a yoga mat?

Accepted Answer

It’s helpful to do these techniques from a quiet, comfortable space where you wont be disturbed. A comfortable chair is fine. Some people like to lay down for the guided meditation. If you’re concerned you might fall asleep during the meditation you can set an alarm to wake you at the end.

Can kids do it?

Accepted Answer

Kids 12 and older are welcome to participate with a parent or guardian. Or you can take the information  and steps I provide to all participants after the event  and share/practice with your kids. These exercises are fun, simple, and can be useful tools for all of us.
