About this event

This course is designed to train tree care worker support staff onthe important role they play in the overall jobsite safety and accident prevention. Topics of focus include clean-up, brush chipping, assisting climbers and bucket operators and rigging, removal and pruning operations. Additionally, a strong focus on risk management, safe and ergonomic work practices is demonstrated in this course.

Certified arborists will earn 6.5 CEUs upon completion of this course. All attendees will receive an electronic certificate of completion. This course meets the ANSI/ASSE Z490.1 Criteria for Accepted Practices in Safety, Health, and Environmental Training as well as OSHA 1910.269 and ANSI Z133.
