🌊 Wednesday, October 15 | 6-9 PM | The Music District 🌊

Join us for this hands-on edition of Groove Theory: Song Sprint, a music-making workshop designed to spark creativity, break through blocks, and help you finish more music.

Unlike our typical community feedback meetup, this Groove Theory is all about the creative process. This is a music-making session focused on speed and momentum—not perfectionism. Try new techniques, chase ideas, and let go of your inner critic. No overthinking—just build, explore, and finish a rough version of a song by the end.

🎧 Please bring headphones and a laptop with your DAW (or a mobile music-making setup) to participate.

SCHEDULE:

6:00 PM | Producer community track share

6:30 PM | Tips for fast, focused music creation

7:00 – 8:30 PM | Song Sprint workshop

8:30 – 9:00 PM | Share tracks

GROOVE THEORY is a free program series and community for music producers, audio engineers, and recording artists to connect, collaborate, and level up their craft. If you are a DIY musician, home recording enthusiast, bedroom producer, professional studio engineer, or just someone interested in recording and producing music, join us!

While all genres and production styles are welcome, Groove Theory focuses on skills relating to producing and writing music in DAWs (Digital Audio Workstations).

Please note: must be 18 years or older to attend.
