Join us for a GROK Party* on Zoom! GROK is a set of 20 relationship games--70 Feelings Cards, 70 needs cards, and exercises designed to help us hear and express our feelings, values, needs, wishes, hopes and dreams. GROK founders Christine and Jean will lead you in a number of games and exercises (from playful to serious) to support deep listening and self-connection. GROK games are based on the communication process known as Nonviolent (or Compassionate) Communication developed by Marshall Rosenberg, Ph.D.

We ask that you have GROK card games with you for the GROK Party. If you don't already have your own copy, we will send you a link to purchase a 20% discounted game once you have registered.

*NOTE: We will be recording the "light-hearted" playful portion of the GROK Party. The more personal break-out sessions will not be recorded.
