Welcome to GrioXArts Open Studio Hours!

Come join us at Cherry Street Pier on Saturdays and Sundays throughout the summer for a day filled with creativity and inspiration. Our open studio hours provide a unique opportunity to explore our workspace, see our current projects and even engage in some hands-on art activities yourself.

Art activities may include instant film photography, hand-embroidery on photos, photo-weaving, creative t-shirt design, and creative collage.

Frequently asked questions

Are your open studios free to the public?

Yes, our open studio hours are free. There is a suggested donation of $5-$25 for materials if you would like to participate in drop-in workshops.

Are children under 18 allowed?

Yes, children are welcome in our space. We do have sharp objects like scissors and craft knives. We ask the parents monitor their children accordingly.

Is there parking?

There is paid on-street PPA parking. You may also take SEPTA to the Second and Market Street station and walk 10-15 minutes to get to Cherry Street Pier.
