Get in the holiday spirit with some Grinch-tastic favorites and learn the art of cookie decorating with Patti from Confectionery Perfections! Come join me at Coyote Cafe in Hamburg NY. This will be a fun introduction into the basics of sugar cookie decorating! Learn everything you need to get started in this sweet art form!

Patti, from Confectionery Perfections is here to help! In this 2 hour class, we'll cover beginner to intermediate techniques for sugar cookie decorating, such as wet on wet technique and detail line piping! We will also do some piping practice with Royal Icing, talk about how to strategize the best ways to decorate sugar cookies, and cover the general concepts around dough and icing! Everything you'll need is provided at class along with a live in-person instructor – just bring a smile.

Let’s have a Whooville good time and learn some cool techniques and decorate 6 cookies with 4 bags of icing! You'll leave class with a great understanding of the basics and intermediate tricks of royal icing!
