About this event

Health • Personal health

Grief is a natural process.

You are not alone.

During this six-week series, a skilled facilitator will lead a small group in discussions about:

  • The grief process
  • Types of grieving
  • Reactions to loss
  • Depression vs. Grief
  • Identity reconstruction
  • Grief resources

This program is presented in a faith-neutral and non-judgmental environment intended to welcome everyone who has experienced a loss. This intimate setting is a safe place to share and to start the healing process of grief’s complicated journey.

Grief is natural. But that does not mean you have to experience it alone. This program will help educate you and provide resources as you begin this new path in life.

This program is facilitated by Rev. Terry L. Motte, CT, BCPC
