GRIDX to Tulsa Demo Day:

Join us for the GRIDX to Tulsa Demo Day on Wednesday, April 23rd, where our cohort of 11 biotech/deep tech startups tackling global challenges in sustainability, health, agriculture, and food will pitch their ventures to venture capital investors and thought leaders from Tulsa and beyond.

Demo Day will take place from 10:00am-12:00pm with presentations to begin at 10:30am, where the 11 companies will showcase their startups.

Why Tulsa:

Hosting GRIDX in Tulsa is an exciting opportunity to boost our city’s entrepreneurial growth and enhance our visibility as a destination for innovation. Over five weeks, we'll guide our cohort through experiences within Tulsa's entrepreneurial ecosystem, helping them build relationships with local and national investors while they explore how our city can support their growth. By the end of the five weeks, our goal is to attract investment to these companies while helping founders see Tulsa as more than just a stop on their journey, but also a city where they can grow, thrive, and build their way to US markets. We hope that multiple companies from this and last year's cohort will call Tulsa home by the end of 2025.

Bioplasticix - Affordable bioplastics with enhanced properties via genetically modified organisms.
Monte Caldera - Advanced modeling of out-of-equilibrium materials (protein & biomolecular suspensions, etc.) for biotech applications.
DNAzyme - UV-protection enzymes from Antarctic microorganisms to reduce skin cancer risk.
Migma - AI-driven discovery of super antioxidant mixtures to extend product shelf lives.
Nat4Bio - Organic coatings for postharvest fruit protection.
Caligenia - Restores degraded soils, boosts crop yields, and captures CO₂ equivalent.
Kresko RNAtech - Designs regulatory RNA-based ingredients to help cells manage stress and regain balance.
Semion - Uses phytostimulants to modify plant odors and manipulate pest behavior.
NanoInGreen - Precision fermentation for functional nanonutrients in plant-based products to enhance nutrition.
CyanoMin - Uses cyanobacteria to create carbon-negative calcium carbonates for use in paper, plastics, and paint industries.
Feedvax - Oral vaccine platform to replace antibiotics, reduce fish stress, and simplify farming.
