Have you heard the buzz about the benefits of climbing for Parkinson’s? There's good reason!
Join us to learn how climbing can be a fun way to combat the challenges of Parkinson’s from Dr. Elise Anderson, a Neurologist specializing in Movement Disorders, and fellow climber! Climbing not only provides great physical exercise for strength and coordination that can help with Parkinson's, it's an opportunity to connect people, create community, and support each other.
After the presentation, knowledgeable climbing instructors from Mt Hood Community College will provide safety guidance and support for people of all experience levels to give it a try themselves.

3:15 PM - 4:30 PM Group walks to the climbing wall in the aquatic center to try it out!
