Description

Presented by Wagner Climate Action (WCA).

Climate change is a looming threat to our quality of life. Research increasingly indicates that our food habits, namely where we get our food and what we eat, can play a role in exacerbating climate change. There are also simple switches we can make to build a greener plate and a more sustainable diet.

Our event, Greener Plates-Greener Futures, features two speakers who have extensive experience in the field of sustainable food systems.

Join us in a dialogue with these food and climate experts, enjoy some sustainable snacks, and learn about how small changes in your eating habits can complement the fight for climate justice.

This event is for NYU students, faculty, and staff. Attendees must register with an NYU address.
