Will the session be recorded?

Since the purpose of the LeanSupport session is to provide you with real-time assistance -- and since people may be sharing sensitive and/or proprietary information about their business during these sessions -- the meeting will NOT be recorded.

How do I access the Zoom to participate?

You will receive the Access link to Zoom via Eventbrite before and during the support session. If you have any challenges with it, please message us through our MightyNetwork app, which you'll receive a link to via Eventbrite, as well.

That's around brunch/lunch time. Can I stay off camera?

Yes! Feel free to enjoy your meal on or off camera while we go through the support session. We will ask you to drop your questions into the Chat, so you can still get your questions answered during the session.
